Refund Policy
All Refunds must be approved by Patrick Hennessy, no employee is authorized under any circumstances to discuss or issue refunds. All refunds require discussion with Patrick and Patrick's approval.
Refunds May be issued after the deposit has been made if:
1. No materials have been purchased for the job and;
2. No work has been started.
If materials have been purchased, the materials will be provided to the customer with a receipt and monies will be refunded less the materials purchase amount, Hennessys' Handyman service will not return materials to the store for refund purposes.
If work has been performed the labor for said work will be deducted from the refund amount at a hourly rate of not less that $50 per hour regardless of whether the work was bid hourly or flat rate.
If materials were purchased and work was performed the amount of the refund, if any, will depend of a combination of the above conditions.
